Phase 1: Assessment & Planning .We commenced with an exhaustive analysis of CLKK's existing web framework, understanding its capabilities and shortcomings. In collaboration with CLKK, we outlined the project's scope, aiming to incorporate robust authentication, user management, and a payment solution. A roadmap was charted for a React.js migration, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Phase 2: Design & Development. Our development team embarked on crafting a user-friendly interface, emphasizing modern aesthetics and simplicity. We utilized React.js for its responsive and quick-loading front-end capabilities. The backend was re-engineered to function through Google Cloud Functions, offering a scalable, serverless backend.
Phase 3: Data Migration & Cloud Integration. Data migration was executed meticulously, prioritizing data integrity and security. The application was integrated with various Google Cloud Platform services, including Cloud Storage and Firestore, to enhance performance and reliability. This integration was pivotal in supporting real-time functionalities like payment processing and user management.
Phase 4: Financial Dashboard Implementation. A crucial addition was the development of a financial dashboard using Next.js with SSR. This dashboard, integrated with GCP's Pub/Sub and Cloud Functions, provided real-time insights into payments, emails, and webhooks. It became a central tool for CLKK to track payments and manage financial data efficiently.
Phase 5: Testing & Quality Assurance. Rigorous testing ensured the alignment of functionalities with CLKK's expectations. We focused on the application's serverless capabilities, real-time payment processing, and the robustness of the financial dashboard.
Phase 6: Deployment & Monitoring. The deployment was executed seamlessly, ensuring zero downtime. Continuous monitoring was established for performance optimization and quick issue resolution.
Phase 7: Training & Handover. CLKK's staff received comprehensive training to effectively manage the new system. Detailed documentation was provided for ongoing operations and future updates.
